SITE SURVEY

During a survey, an experienced engineer will visit the site. They will gain an understanding of your requirements and advise which installation solutions are most suitable.

Precise measurements will be taken, and they will assess factors such as wall loading capabilities, the most appropriate fit type, and options regarding motors and operation. They can discuss installation with building owners, project managers, architects and contractors.

Re-surveys may be required for large commercial projects, or new builds or renovation works where the technical details may change.

A formal written quotation will follow, via email, shortly after the survey. If you choose to accept the offer you will be allocated a dedicated account manager, who will handle any future enquiries you have.

They will keep you updated every step of the way, letting you know when your custom design has been manufactured and getting in touch to discuss installation dates.

INSTALLATION

Roché offer a full installation service with all physical security products. A trusted nationwide team efficiently deliver a diverse range of security projects, from one-off domestic shutters to large scale retail, commercial and industrial sites requiring a number of different products.

We have over 20 years’ experience in installation, installing security shutters, grilles, roller garage doors, high speed doors and sectional doors. Roché carries Public Liability insurance and the company is a member of the Door and Hardware Federation (DHF).

Our team is trained to the highest standard, licensed and insured. All installers carry CSCS cards and have experience in working on construction sites of all sizes.

Following installation the office provides a high level of aftercare, with technical experts on hand to assist with servicing, maintenance and repairs. Roché also offers cost-effective maintenance contracts.
