Roché emergency roller shutter repairs are available nationwide and carried out by one of our qualified engineers, who will attend your property or site to diagnose any issues, helping get your security back up and running as soon as possible.

All Roché engineers are CSCS qualified and work in compliance with the latest Health and Safety legislation. So no matter the issue or application, our team can carry out the repair quickly and efficiently.

Most shutter repairs can be completed within a few hours of our engineers being on site. If your roller shutter requires new parts then we may need to complete a return visit once these have been manufactured. An example would be if your shutter curtain has been damaged beyond repair and requires a curtain replacement.

Shutter motor replacement

Our service engineers work out of fully stocked vans to enable first time fix at the majority of our repair appointments. This reduces the need for any return visits.

Detailed repair reports are provided after every site visit and include any parts that may have been replaced, along with comments on the health of the roller shutters.

WHAT’S INVOLVED?

Roché offer a comprehensive warranty which include any parts and labour required during that period. Once this period has come to an end we can then offer maintenance contract for commercial sites, or a range of shutter servicing packages for other applications such as domestic shutters, roller garage doors, or shopfront shutters.

After the warranty period comes to an end you can then take advantage of our emergency shutter repair service for any issues you may have. This can be combined with our maintenance contracts to help you save on costs.
