Our in-house servicing team will carry out a detailed audit of your roller shutter or roller garage door. Above all, this mitigates the chance of any potential faults, and identifies any areas where future issues could occur.

During a basic health check, our engineers will carry out a number of tasks, including:

  • Checking the photocell or safety edge fitting
  • Removing the control panel and checking settings
  • Assessing the motor and its associated limits
  • Checking and lubricating the guide channels

You will then be issued with a report advising you on whether any roller shutter parts are required. You will then have a list of checks which have been completed for you to refer to.

Parts could be required due to general wear and tear. For instance, you could require a replacement photocell, or even a full motor change. This helps prevent your shutter from failing and compromising your security in the long run.

Finally, our team will issue you with a certificate and sign your service record to confirm that your roller shutter is in perfect working order. If you have further questions, you can visit our FAQs, or contact our team for more information.

Our servicing package is designed for small businesses and homeowners who are interested in maintaining their security. For large commercial sites, fire rated shutters, or those with security ratings, you can contact our team regarding the types of checks that are required.

All our service pricing will be based on the quantity of roller shutters and the dimensions they cover. Standard charges are available for homeowners and small businesses.
