Holstein UK is an organization situated in Telford that plays a vital role in the dairy industry by supporting its members in breeding resilient, productive, and profitable dairy cattle. With over 4500 active members, they are Europe’s largest independent breed society.

They approached us to enhance their security measures by installing security shutters on newly installed windows and repairing the existing ones across their offices. As their building operates with various zones, they also required a group control to simplify the operation.

We proposed our E37 aluminium security shutter, which could meet their size requirements and provide a higher level of protection with the extruded 37mm slats. This security shutter was also an excellent fit for modular buildings.

We completed the repair work simultaneously with the installation, which included 8 new security shutters and four separate control units for the various zones. The installation took two days to complete and ensured that their offices remain secure all year round.

Our Tube & Link security shutter was the perfect solution with the ability to maintain 75% visibility while making sure both areas remained secure. Due to the size of both openings, a three-phase motor was provided.

The steel tubes, guides, and housing were all powder coated grey to meet the client’s requirements.

As the office windows were all less than 4m in width our E37 security shutter was the ideal solution due to it’s narrow 37mm slats which are capable of rolling tightly into a 180mm box.
